What is your refund policy?

All TTL Extension purchases are final and non-refundable. Extensions are applied immediately upon successful payment and cannot be reversed.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Content removed for Terms of Service violations
• Content you delete or that expires naturally
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Change of mind after purchase

This is a caching issue. Your payment was processed successfully, but our CDN is serving a cached version of the page from before the payment. The cache automatically expires within 90 seconds.

Simply wait 1-2 minutes and refresh the page. Rest assured, your extension has been applied and your content will remain online for the extended duration.

Is there a community or forum?
